Of Note from a Recent Realtor Meeting

1. No Ideal of Social Marketing. I had an agent after the meeting come up and say, "Mr. Hunnicutt, what is FaceBook?" Now I am not poking fun here. But, the next evolution on the web is people using "confirmation loops" like FaceBook and my Space to confirm their online behavior. Keep this in mind...its important

2. Understand what a Blog is--but not working one. Again, a Blog will allow you to express more of your personal chemisty and thoughts. It helps define you...go to Blogger.com or somewhere like that and get started today.
